Due to the nature of the texts submitted to us, confidentiality is in the DNA of our business. Although confidentiality goes without saying, we are of course willing to sign non-disclosure agreements if requested by our clients.

We provide new clients with a price quotation and a delivery time frame upon receipt of their document before starting any translation. Then, if desired, we will establish a customised work procedure together with the client, which will be applied to all future projects.
